Okay, how many of us will admit to having eating problems, an eating disorder, or history of an eating disorder in the past?

I am one.

I developed an eating disorder four years ago coincidentally around the same time I became vegetarian. I wouldn't say vegetarianism was the core route to my eating disorder though, but it definitely didn't help to say the least.

I am curious,

What do you do if you have FORGOTTEN what you ate?

. . .Yeah. I pay no attention to edible things. Until I get hungry, that is, and that's when the search for nourishment begins. Once I have eaten, and the hungry feeling has gone, I completely forget what it was that I've eaten.

Oh well.

sorry sweetie it took me a while to see this!

Milo *thinks of how to explain* Okay...think of chocolate drinking powder, yeh? Its like that, but has a chocolate-malt fllvour, and granules not powder. So it's kinda crunchy unless you mix it into your soymilk really good.

REALLY yum and addictive but is all good coz its healthy It's used as an energy drink...plus it has lots of vitamins and minerals in it.

http://www.nestle.com.au/milo/main.asp

Moussaka (sp?) is a greek dish..I'm not sure how authentic my dad made it (us not being Greek and all lol) but basically, its like a lasanga made with all vegetables (not pasta). And it is delicious

In ours, what I can remember, we had a pasta layer of the bottom (despite what I just said lol), eggplant, mushrooms, potato, and layer of tomatoey-oniony-pasta-saucey stuff, and beshimal (sp?) sauce which turns out a bit like melted cheese.

And I think most people I've come in to are appalled at the idea of eating kiwis with the skin on! lol. My teacher told said she did and I screwed my nose up, but i tried it AND HONESTLY ITS GOOD! It doesnt taste all tough and really furry liked you'd expect...you don't notice it much...it just adds a little variety to your mouthful lol.

I guess to some extent. I've never had an eating disorder..but I guess disordered eating? Last year food just became too big a focus - I still ate four times a day but I would only allow myself certain amounts and certain foods. But I eased up over Christmas and havent gone back lol.
