Yesturday was ok, but i was suprised i am still not at my "goal" weight-
B-1 blueberry and PB pita (1 ww pita, 2 Tbsp natural pb, 3/4 c blueberries. YUM! check out breakfast for the whole thing! its like pb and j but different)
s-1 strawberry cereal bar
L-1/8 slab of tofu uncooked with 1/2 c raw veggies
s-1 s. orange
D-about 1/5 c vegetarian chilli, sample of tabouli, spoonful peas, 4 pieces steamed veggies, spoonful of mexican rice, sample of pita chips, slice of pineapple and bite of cocoa flavored panda licorice.. all at whole foods
s-1 apricot and 1 black plum oh! plus a small slice of lemon poppy seed abc cookie
Today much better eating, but for some reason im really depressed (shouldnt have to do with last nights "binge" cuz i dont consider it, i never got full and it was all well in proportion. oh well.
B-1/4 c organic oatmeal, 1/2 c plain soymilk, some cinnamin and nutmeg, Hains brown sugarand 4 freeze dried strawberries
s-1/4 lemon poppy seen abc cookie
L-2 oz original gimme lean, 1 piece sprouted grain bread, 1/2 c veg, mustard and pepper
s-[planned] 1 org. orange
D-[also planned] 1 tempeh grille sandwich (1 tempeh grille, 1 piece bread, 1/2 c veggies, 1 tsp nayonaise, mustard, and nutritional yeast flakes] plus 1 c 'latte'
