Hmm i feel like i eat a lot compared to some of ya'll but oh well
Breakfast-1 pb and J sandwich (1 organic white bread from whole foods, 2 tsp PB and 1 tsp strawberry jelly)
Snack-1 chocolate banana "milk"shake (1 frozen banana, 1 c choc silk, a lil cinammin)
Lunch-1 smart dog, 1 c veggies with mustard, ketchup and trocomare
Snack-1 really delicious orange, it tasted like sunny d!
Dinner- gonna make it soon, a tempeh pita (1 ww pita, 1/3 tempeh block, 1/2 c veggies, 1 tsp nayonaise, mustard and nutritional yeast sauce) and a soymilk latte
snack(planned) 1/4 c organic banana or chocolate sorbet
