i concur. because the same thing's been happening to me lately :/ but i thought about it and realized the reason, and that i hadn't been eating enough lately without really realizing it. it's tough i wish there were some way we could get you to go see someone about this...

Clickman,

I know this sounds really rude, but I must ask... Why post if you have no food to post about? Just say you need comfort or help or anything and we'll provide it.

I really don't know, it's almost as if it's a habit, to recollect what I had, and to record it.

L: Veggieburger, then a vegetable (Lettuce|Onion|Tomato sandwich. I feel full.

D: ---

I had a conversation that was odd today, the first time one of my parents really asked about it. My mom asked if I had lost weight, and I said yeah, about 15 pounds. (It's really more like 26) Then she said, "Remember, you have to eat too." I don't know if that was a hint that she's beginning to notice stuff, or what.

Well i have to say i need support. As i have been mentioning these past few weeks, I have been having a problem with binging, its happening everyday followed with and i have been trying to stop. I did stop a binge today, but not the purging session to follow. I mean i know its no good idea to purge, if you do reduce cals its only 35-75 percent and i deffinately feel the affects, i was sick to my stomach this morning, im starting to retain water, and im just not having fun going back into my ED. We are moving soon and i want to be better by the time we move.. but how can i get better if i cant stop?

My day usually starts by trying to fix the day before by not eating, then getting home.. starting with something decent, and progressing from there. I did throw away all the triggering food today though. And im just going to try to start new when i get hungry again *can feel it coming on, in fact* and just have something healthy the rest of today. But please, can anyone send me support? Thank you

Oh, i guess to let you know, heres what i did today

B--

L-1/2 c shirataki noodles with 2/3 c veg

...then a large banana and half another. a few T of raw almond butter and natural peanut butter, then i made pudding with 1 box silken tofu, lots of coca powder, bout 1/4 c brown rice syrup, couple T maple syrup, bout 1/2 c veg. choc chip. Had a couple T of that, then added dollups of almond and peanut butter.. like insane amounts. Had more.. But i did stop myself. I ended up having i would guess 3/4 c, maybe 1 cup

So im thinking of having an apple or pear for snack, then a salad for dinner, then another fruit/veg for later snack

I think the problem is not eating to compensate for the day before...when your depriving yourself, it's setting you up for a binge. Maybe you should try to think "okay, yesterday wasn't great, but todays a new day and I'll make it up to my body by giving it healthy foods" I think going back to your food plan would be a good idea (I'm assuming your off it?) I would try to focus again on eating healthy meals (at least 3) each day, plus snacks if you need it. When your appetite is satisfied and your body has the nutrients it needs, your much less likely to binge (and get into the cycle of binge/starve/binge/starve).

Best of luck sweetie, were here for you

Thanks iceflower.

I have been thinking of actually writing it down like i did before, and just really sticking to it, no acceptions. I have been planning meals out out, but that doesnt help, so maybe if i write it down again it will help.

I did binge/purge today after coming home from school, well and this morning too. It started early today. what i find odd, is my normal binge food isnt exactly UNhealthy, normally its bananas or dates and then organic rolled oats with almond milk. Today it was the above kashi seven in the morning and almond milk and a box of strawberries.

but im just going to have my dinner (tofu meat balls and organic spagetti from glorias kitchen) and stop there for the day.

*self motivation* Tomorrow I will write my food down, acording to the plan, and i will follow it complelty and totally to the T! There is a lot, TOO MUCH, to look forward too right now and i need to be able to take care of myself before i can find change! Do it for my family and so im not giving a bad image to the veg world! You are beautiful and deserve to be healthy!!
