I have been thinking of actually writing it down like i did before, and just really sticking to it, no acceptions. I have been planning meals out out, but that doesnt help, so maybe if i write it down again it will help.
I did binge/purge today after coming home from school, well and this morning too. It started early today. what i find odd, is my normal binge food isnt exactly UNhealthy, normally its bananas or dates and then organic rolled oats with almond milk. Today it was the above kashi seven in the morning and almond milk and a box of strawberries.
but im just going to have my dinner (tofu meat balls and organic spagetti from glorias kitchen) and stop there for the day.
*self motivation* Tomorrow I will
write my food down, acording to the plan, and i will
follow it complelty and totally to the T! There is a lot, TOO MUCH, to look forward too right now and i need to be able to take care of myself before i can find change! Do it for my family and so im not giving a bad image to the veg world! You are beautiful and deserve to be healthy!!
