I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good Vegetarian/Vegan Nutrition books for Kids? I have a two year old (see avatar) and Guinnesshero and I would like to raise him as a vegetarian/Vegan however I'm worried about him getting the proper nutrition and fat ect in his diet. The pediatrician recomended we not take him off cows milk till he was two because he needed the fat for brain developement. I'm sort of at a loss, I didn't grow up eating normally as I am a juvenille diabetic. Any help would be fabulous.
