Are "manmade" shoes vegan? Like if they say "manmade material" or "synthetic", etc?

Not necessarily......

Always check the materials if you want to prevent disappointment.

I used to check the labeling on the shoes, or used to sniff them. Leather has a distinctive smell.

I have bought good quality vegan shoes a few years ago, and when I need new shoes again, I will order then online I guess.

I like the kidbean shoes but I don't want to order them online. He needs them pretty soon I found a cute pair of Spiderman sneakers on the payless website, hopefully they're safe. I'll have to check'm out in the store.

In order for a shoe to be labeled as manmade by law in the US it has to be. Nothing containing natural fibers can be in it. If it says synthetic then at least some part of the shoe must be synthetic. If it says all synthetic it must be. It is kind of like food. There are people who are allergic to wool, and silk, and the chemicals used to prepare Leather. If a shoe is mislabeled the manufacturer could be sued. You only have to becareful about things that list "fabric" upper. Fabric can be made of any type of fiber.
