Dies anyone know of a good quality scanner? I'm a techno idiot so i can't have anything too complicated. I basically need something to scan pictures in and do some art projects. But i do want a fairly good resolution, but i dnot want to spend too much. I've seen some for 70$...but i don't know if they are any good. I figure something at about 100$? If its cheaper, even better.

thanks

Hi there, I have an Epson Perfection 3590 Photo which does a great job for me. I bought mine online for ~ $130.

I would start with something you can easily afford, then if you are not happy with the quality/speed, then maybe spend a few more dollars. If you don't like it, you can always return it, and try again.

Not knowing exactly what you are going to scan, and how often, it's difficult to suggest specific scanners.

Hope that helps.
