That site doesn't have MIPS asm, oh well. Good find either way.

My favorite site so far (since I program almost exclusively in C++) is cplusplus.com

It has anything any rational human being could ever need for C++ and related libraries.

I'm actually kindof surprised they don't have the Gnu Scientific Library though.

MIPS is a type of asm (assembly if you didn't already know), it's a fairly simple design which is why I was taught it rather than a more modern architecture like x86/amd_64/etc.

Here's a link for info about MIPS assembly code:

http://chortle.ccsu.edu/AssemblyTuto...lContents.html

It seems to be a pretty complete page.

As for the GSL, here's a Red Hat page that includes places to download it, documentation, etc.

I hope that's what you were looking for.

Wow! Programming resources I'll take them anytime, thank you! I like MIPS. MIPS is losing out to PPC in some important places.

From what I understand, MIPS is the architecture used in Playstation 2. Go figure.

Anyways, it's a non-pipelining structure so I'm not surprised it's losing out.

Every MIPS implementation has had pipelines. It wouldn't have taken off to begin with if it hadn't used a pipelined architecture.

Yep, it's products like Playstation that keep it going. Where I work, they were contemplating on switching to PPC for various reasons.
