Older..definately.

I really cannot say why...

Most of my closest friends are older, so I suppose that influences who I feel comfortable with.

But having said that, it is merely a preference. Or at least it has become one as my best relationships have been with people older.

I like older, as long as they aren't too old to have extremely different intrests (as in old enough to be my father). I am mostly friends with older people. I just get along with them well, I guess. That would be really weird if I dated anyone younger at MY young age.

I've tended towards the younger side, but that is not for the best. (And I only mean 3 years younger at the most)

I usually end up with guys a bit younger than me...I think mostly because I am in college and that age group is the one I am around most. Boyfriend now is 22(23 next week), last one before that was 22, and the one before that was ummm18... I am 27. I would or would have dated an older guy or a guy my age if the opportunity had presented itself and I thought the guy or girl was interesting.

I was married to a guy 10 years older than me. I'm now with a guy who is almost 4 years younger than me. Younger is definitely better in my opinion

definitely older. about 10-15 yrs is ideal. not just b/c of their personality but i like the way the look. i just dont usually get the opportunity. when guys approach me they are either younger or around my age.

I don't date much (don't like it, don't see the point in it) but the few times I do the guys/girls have always been older. I don't do that on purpose. I was just always the youngest in the class.

As long as they're somewhere in my range I do not care for age (or sex for that matter).

Generally 2-10 years older than I am, though if I met someone amazing who wasn't in that range, I wouldn't turn them down.

I always dated guys about 2 or 3 years older than me, but never anybody drastically older than me. Then I met my husband. When we met he was 38 and I was 24. I assumed he was only 30 or 31 because he is very young-looking, so when he asked me out I said yes. At the end of our first date, conversation brought our ages out and I was shocked! I remember going home and thinking, can I date someone that much older than me? (we are technically 14 1/2 years apart) Well, the truth is I was already falling in love with him so I didn't have much of a choice! We moved in together after a while, got engaged, got married, and now here we are. He's 41 now and I just turned 27. To be honest, sicne that very first date, the difference in our ages hasn't been an issue at all. The only time it comes up is in occasional jokes. We have many of the same interests, goals, and values.

That's awesome Spa Girl.

I've tended to date guys that were 2-3 years older than me. Although when I was 21 I did date a guy that was 30 but I was more mature and I did have a summer romance with a guy who was 18 when I was 22. My husband is 3 years older than I am. To me age really doesn't matter as long as both people are adults.

Generally, I prefer to date someone close to my own age. Always have. And then BOOM, I met my husband.

I'm 25, he's 37. go figure.

Although given his life until now (lived all over the world, extreme rock climber, etc.), I'd say we are evenly matched energy wise. I was always the nerdy kid reading a book on the swing set at recess.

XOXO

I like older guys. Probably by virtue of my age.. I'm only 18, but females tend to be more mature at this age than our male counterparts. As I get older it'll probably even out, but for now, I say older.

If I were looking for someone new, I'd set the "age-frame" to plus or minus 10 years.

So I'd be looking for some one between 25-45 years old.

But these are no strict limits. Body age is something different than mental age.

Several? It's only 4! Now it really sounds like I'm robbing the cradle.

It's not a preference, but my boyfriends have all been 2-3 years younger than me. Eh, teenagers. In a month I won't be dating a teenager anymore (I'm 22), yeah!

I ONLY date older guys (I'm 18 and I'd say 25 years old is the oldest I'll go). In fact, I've never dated a guy that is my age. My current boyfriend is 2 years older than myself and he's the youngest guy I've dated. I figure, I can't get along with the guys my age that I've met and known- why waste my time dating the immature little tweaks? My conversation skills have far surpassed '*****es and beer'.

I date guys that can have intelligent, intellectual conversations- guys that treat me the way I expect to be treated (don't call me 'babe' and talk about things that go on behind closed doors to your 'bros'). They have no respect.
