Thats sounds like a good idea; I think I'll try it! It's much more encouraging, supportive, and less assumptive than other responses I've gotten from people on here. Thanks.
You welcome. I'd love to hear her response. I know that washing clothes, dishes, changing diapers and mopping floors doesn't sound that hard to most men, but for some reason it really is. Very draining on a person.
Also, for those of you who are trying to get your wife "in the mood" more often, try this:
"Honey, you are looking so beautiful today. I would really like to make love to you sometime in the next couple of days to show you how much I love you. What do I need to do to help make that happen?" *smooch*
I tried this, of course in my own words and at a time when she was looking extra cute, and the result was nice. Her response wasn't really surprised since I compliment her regularly, but the little bit of assertiveness, i think, got her attention. It was a sort of positive, subtle, raised eyebrows, low voice, "Oh really" type of a response. Thanks!
