I don't have a cat so I can't tell you anything about it, but sounds like you need it the most, what your cat has done would drive me out of my head. Its amazing how you still think they are angels, and you're animal lover so okay, as the story goes, but something has to be done about you cat-owner community people and your pets... Good luck.

i sent your link to my bf and he said it's not for macs. BUT he was able to go on another board and someone told him how to fix the problems. our only way to prevent this problem is to keep the computer closed when sasha and rogue are around.

OMG...I laughed like crazy reaching that!!!!

"CAT-LIKE TYPING DETECTED"

I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, I learned some time ago, with an older version of Windows, that if you restart your computer holding down the "Ctrl" key, it will automatically restore your default settings. You'll have to re-personalize it with your settings, but it's great if your computer is suddenly annoying or unusable and you can't figure out why.

Ironically...I learned this when my computer booted up while my cat was standing on the Ctrl key.

Now...I just have a wireless keyboard, and drop it into a drawer when I'm out of the room.

Things my cat has done:

Logged off (I'm the only user, and I didn't know if I had a password or not)

Placed a bid on eBay (but fortunately, 5/56.3+ is not a valid bid)

Filled up my screen with random letters

Changed my desktop background to a huge Oscar Myer logo (I was at their website...but I had no idea how that happened)

Responded to an Instant Message with gibberish

And continuously pulled up the help screens, closes and opens windows, and pulls down menus.

Sometimes, I have no idea what she did, and I just restart the computer.

Give thanks to Mother Earth for Her greatest gift...

...gravity.

For without it, we would be lost.

That's great!!

Things my cat has done:

-Sent five instant messages to a friend that said nothing except "cccccccccccccc"

-Placed cat litter underneath the letter 'G'.

-Opened EVERYTHING on the desk top (I had it highlighted, so she must've pushed enter)

-Filled a word document with a page of random letters

-Corrupted an important file

-Froze the computer

-Opened a game file, and played pinball

-Made the computer beep a whole bunch, before it froze

-turned 'sticky keys' on

-Gotten the keys literally STICKY with an unknown substance

Cats... Oh goodness I need to quit leaving my keyboard pulled out.
