On my first 'vegan' trip to the health market i wanted to get some items i should have in case i get a wild craving for something. I wanted to have vegan versions so i wasn't tempted to eat non vegan items in a fit of hunger! I bought 'cheese' and vegetable bullion and the most amazing cookie!
Its called "liz lovely" i got 2 cookie pack in 'ginger snapdragons' So amazing. They are made with wheat flour and molasses but arent anywhere near healthy for you. They are totally vegan with about 200 calories for 1/2 a huge cookie. 8 grams of fat and 2 grams protein. I bought them and kept them in the drawer in case i got a cookie craving which i did.. but instead of eating a totally not vegan (made with lard, milk and eggs) cookie i had my vegan cookie there for me. It actually tastes more amazing than any 'regular' cookie i have ever had. Just had to share with everyone.
