Right now I take a ton of supplements, 2-3x a day.
Bcomplex, D, Omega 3, theanine, amino acids, probiotic.
I need a one stop shop! So many pills - gack! And in the mornings, I don't eat a whole lot so some of these (I think it's the B) upset my stomach sometimes. So, I need some recs on a good all inclusive. I need minimum 800 IU of D because I am fair and have depression/anxiety and some I have researched do not have enough of that. Plus, the omega 3 usually comes by itself.
