. I've never tried a packaged marinated/flavored tofu before. I was actually expecting it to be very salty like a typical processed food, but it was surprisingly not all that high in sodium. Anyway, I cut it into little cubes and quickly sauteed it with chopped roma tomatoes and green onions in a little canola oil, then stuffed it into a pita. Very yummy!
