Any recommendations for a vegetarian DHA source from algae or spirulina? My doctor is really bugging me to take fish oil but that's NOT going to happen. I've hear this is a good alternative but it seems really pricy in both tablet and powder form so I'm hoping for some advice before I spend the cash.

I take V-pure. They're capsules filled with algae-derived EPA and DHA.

There are a few products you can try. Something called Phytoplankton has a great omega 3 profile. There are a couple of good brands available: Enerex, Umac are 2 I'm familiar with.
