I love pizza. I use to follow this recipe to make vegan pizza at home -
No Knead Crust:
1/2 cup (125 ml) warm water
1 tsp active yeast
1 tbsp flour
1/3 tsp (0.33 tsp) salt
1 1/4 cup (156.25 g) flour unbleached white or a combination of white and whole wheat
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp (0.25 tsp) garlic powder optional
1/2 tsp (0.5 tsp) dried oregano or other herbs
Red Pizza sauce of choice
Pizza toppings
Sliced bell pepper
thinly sliced white mushrooms
Sliced red onion
sliced zucchini or other sliced veggies of choice
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
sliced kalamata olives
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
vegan parmesan
fresh basil
pepper flakes

Follow the instruction now:
In a bowl, blend warm water, yeast and 1 tbsp flour. Give it a chance to sit for a couple of minutes to actuate.

Include 1 container flour, salt, herbs and garlic and olive oil and blend in. Include another 3 tbsp flour and blend in. Get your hands in there to blend and ply for a couple of moments into a delicate marginally sticky batter.. Include another tbsp flour if necessary. Accumulate the batter into a ball and let it sit for 15 minutes in a warm spot.

Include a 1/2 tsp oil over the batter and spread with your hands. Accumulate the mixture into a ball and spot on material lined sheet.

Utilize a touch of flour to spread the mixture into a 13 to 14 inch size oval. Spread it relying upon on how thick or slight you need the outside layer to be. Keep the edges thicker than the inside (see video). Give it a chance to sit for a couple of minutes. Preheat the broiler to 435 degrees F/220ºc.

Spread the pizza sauce on the outside layer. Appropriate the cut veggies, mushrooms and olives uniformly.

Blend slashed garlic with a tsp of olive oil and a touch of salt and oregano. Sprinkle over the pizza.

Sprinkle salt over the veggies. Sprinkle meltable vegetarian cheddar on the veggies if utilizing now.

Heat the pizza for 17 to 18 minutes or until brilliant on the edges. Sprinkle veggie lover parm of decision, cleaved crisp basil, and pepper chips. Cut and serve!

As I am a pizza lover, I often search for new vegan pizza recipes. Here is a simple one I'm sharing with you all.

Ingredients: 1 tsp active yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cup (156.25 g) flour
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

For toppings: Red Pizza sauce,
Sliced or cubed bell pepper,
Sliced or cubed red onion,
thinly sliced white mushrooms,
sliced zucchini or other sliced veggies of choice,
sliced olives,
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped,
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil,
fresh basil,
vegan parmesan or any home-made cheese
red chilli flakes,

Recipe: In a bowl mix yeast and warm water with flour and keep aside active the mixture. Take another bowl and mix 1 cup flour, salt, herbs and garlic and olive oil, add another 3 tbsp flour and mix again. Knead the mixture for some time to make it soft. Add flour if needed. Let sit the mixture for a few minutes.

Add a 1/2 tsp oil over the dough and spread with your hands. Gather the dough into a ball and place on parchment lined sheet. spread a bit of flour to make the dough little large and oval (as per your wish), make it small or medium. Let it sit for a few minutes. Preheat the oven to 435 degrees F / 220ºc.

Spread the pizza sauce on the crust and add your all veggies for toppings. Sprinkle one tsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt and oregano and cheese. Bake the pizza for 17 to 18 minutes or until it becomes golden. Add chopped fresh basil, and chilli flakes. Enjoy!
