1. Gotta be hummus! My new favorite food! Can I eat too much of this? I use the recipe in the PH Miracle. I could literally eat it by the spoonfull!

2. A salad with several different leaf lettuces, bok choy, red and green cabbage, parsley and grated carrots.

3. Some type of soup with a kale and other veggies and maybe some bulgur or organic brown rice in it.

Not a very specific answer on my part, because of so many variations and different combinations. The best I can answer is ...

Whole grains

Legumes

Vegetables

well as far as 3 single items goes (with or without many ingredients) ;

1... cereal (with raisins and soy milk ....hmmm, so 3 items there ;-) )

2... potatoes (bake em, boil em , put em in a stew)

3... veggie burgers (of course without bread , lettuce,tomato and whatever else , they would be not as good

3 single item,s is too limited
