Yeah, that is what I used the tofuzola...

made some more for tomorrow's dinner in fact.

You should try it Epski, I think you will like it and

it makes a lot so you can take some to work with

you in a tupperware container.

Well, my wife might. I don't tend to eat a lot of leftovers, and I don't have a work to go to, so I tend to eat soups, chili, sandwiches and all that type of lunch stuff. But I'll certainly show her the recipe. Sounds like it might be right up her alley.



We still have to finish off our Thanksgiving leftoevers (yeah, mostly she does, but I've had leftovers twice now, which is really very good for me!).

Yeah, Mark did not really eat the Thanksgiving Leftovers when we were Omnis, but he loved the leftovers from this year's Thanksgiving Feast (our second one). I like leftovers so I don't have to cook as often and it is cheaper (I try to be frugal when possible).. I am making a Tofu Kofu Turkey again soon (it is so yummy) and we will have that as sandwiches, with gravy, etc. I had been eating a lot of burgers and he had been eating a lot of stir fries so this is a welcome change for both of us.

Tofuzola??? Where in the world did you get that? And does it taste even close to the real thing?

I have never had gorgonzola so I can't tell you that, but....

It tastes incredible! This is a recipe from Deborah at www.vegsource.com

and she has recipes for other cheeses also. She has recipes for everything!
