I have eaten very unhealthily today (crisps, pizza etc!) so I'm about to have a nice crunchy salad with vine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, orange pepper and apples. Probably with a fresh lemon juice, olive oil and sea salt dressing.
Dinner tonight was a baked potato, vegetable medley, applesauce, and garlic bread. Not exactly the healthiest or most exciting meal, but I was very busy today and not feeling particularly like doing any real cooking. Hubby is whipping up a batch of homemade brownies for dessert.
Vegan Anise Pizzelles 3rd batch this week because the bf and i tear them up! i made a double batch this time so they wouldn't go so fast.. but now i'll probably just eat twice as many. ah well, for me, pizzelles are a holiday time treat, so I'll make up for it by not eating them again 'til next December *fingers crossed behind back*
