For breakfast I had carrot mandarin orange muffins and now I think I am having a veggie sub with miso mayo (I just make this up with about 1 cup mayonnaise and a heaping tablespoon of miso...I mix it up in a baby food jar) for lunch and a homemade brownie later.

I've been wanting to try a black bean brownie and wow, when you jack it up with chocolate chips and coconut, I'm practically drooling.

Hey jpaul here is the recipe that I used.

Vegan and delicious (if you use soy or other vegan milk which I didn't since I am a vegetarian). Cheap to make to boot.

OOOH I love Asian Pears. I would buy them more often but they are so expensive. I am getting ready to have some Buffalo Tofu with some boiled cabbage on the side.

Kale salad- just kale with some sea salt, lemon juice, and EVOO. Sometimes I'll add tomatoes and/or avocado.

Before that I had dill pickle potato soup lick.gif
