I love tortellini although haven't had it in a long time. Lately though I have been calling many companies who make cheese tortellini and am discouraged that so far the companies I have called (Buitoni and Barilla) both use animal rennet in their cheese for all types of tortellini.

Does anyone know of a brand that does not use animal rennet?

thanks for your help!

Why not try making your own? That way you know exactly what goes into it.
