I've made seitan from scratch and have tried the boiling method and the baking method. Without using either of these two mentioned methods, after the seiton is formed, can the seiton just be stir-fried? And if so, how is it done?
I've used the seitan I've made in lots of stir fries. I just chop it and throw it in with the rest of the veggies, or sometimes I stir fry it a bit on its own first, in a similar manner as with tofu. Nothing complicated about it.
