Or flavoring would be good for baked potato skins? I'm going really low fat due to diabetes and one recipe I came across says brush potato skins with your favorite seasoning or fat free dressing. All I can think of is soy sauce and parsley.



What do you think would be good??

You could even just mash potatoes with some light soy milk or completely skip that if you want. Leave the skins on.
