hey, anyone have any brilliant ideas of what i can make with portabella mushrooms for my grandma this afternoon? i recently made a zucchini dish with baby bellas, and my grandma happened to try it and simply raved about the portabellas. i don't think she'd had them before, or at least, not really tasted them.
today i'm making her dinner. we're going grocery shopping, so really i can get ahold of any ingredient for any dish, and i want to make something special. she's diabetic and really trying to control her health and weight with diet, not medication, which i think is really awesome. i'm encouraging her to be as veggie as she can be!
so. portabella ideas? por favor?
