-I love these and have only bought them once. I didn't need a lot so there was a lot left in the can. I knew not to store them like that in the fridge so I put them in a glass container and then I kept them in the fridge. My question is what's the ideal way to keep leftover chipotles in adobo? How long do they keep like this?

They freeze fine. Don't leave them in the can.

Put them with a little sauce in ice cube trays and freeze them.

I move mine to a regular tupperware kind of container. I've kept them in the refrigerator for up to 8 or 9 months with no problem.
