Yeah I don't really get why the potato-hatin' came up--this is a comfort food thread. And a whole food like a potato deserving a negative comment over sugar-laden/fat-laden ice creams and cakes and pies and stuff... (Which don't get me wrong--I think those are perfect comfort foods!!! I just don't get how they're better for you..)
ANYWAY, moving away from there--potatoes are not in fact my comfort food.
-Peanut butter from the jar.
-Oatmeal (this is my comfort food, my regular food.. my pretty much always food)
-Dried raspberries, nuts, bananas (I know it sounds healthy, but it makes me feel better when I'm down so nyah.)
-Definate +++ with soup
-Corn on the cob.
-Chocolate cake squares from "Sweets from the Earth"
