are you having the same thing every time or are you varying stuff? i've never had any kind of sushi so i'm not sure what all goes into it to know if it'd be healthful to have every day.

i seriously would eat thai food every day if i could.

just being a curious George!

In the beginning i was trying all these diff foods to eat..upon becoming vegan and im kind of just playing around with diff menus and foods, and seeing whats more 'lifestylish' ykno?

i usually buy soda at work..

but i think maybe i should use the money toward a sushi lunch or sumthin?

yes..

Just curious... :P:P

sushi is perfect! i make and eat it about 4 times a week, and never ever get bored with it because i make rolls with whatever fresh veggies i have. if you eat it everyday i suggest trying to make it yourself (if u don't already) because it ends up costing less than $1 a roll compared to the 4+ we pay at sushi bars. also better to make if you have concerns about consuming white sugar because sushi rice has sugar (have been to one place that used natural sugar, it was a veg sushi bar!).

OMG, I am so jealous! I bought all the stuff to make sushi but I've been too lazy...I love the variety that you have!

MMmmm.. I WISH I could eat sushi every day! No good places close enough to run get it on lunch hour.

(Jenna, you'd love it, all the raw veggies and stuff; Some day when you come visit Seattle...).

That would definitely work! Be sure you're getting plenty of variety in your diet, of course... But sushi for lunch everyday? Sounds yummy!

I like vegetarian sushi, but I don't think I'd want to eat it every single day. I like a little MORE variety in my lunches than just sushi.

I never ate fish sushi so I was surprised when I decided to try veggie sushi and loved it. I still have bit of a hard time getting the seaweed down...sometimes I eat it but if it can peel it off easily enough, then I don't eat it. I think it's just a mind thing because it doesn't taste bad or anything. Hannaford's makes fresh veggie sushi daily, as well as avocado rolls and a yummy veggie avocado wrap with tapioca paper and sweet chili sauce.

Weird..my friend and I were just talking yesterday about his Hannaford sushi addiction. I've never had their sushi. I wish I could like veggie sushi but I just can't bring myself to tolerate it. I'm not a fan of seaweed at all and although the avocado wrap sounds interesting...I don't like avocado either. Yeah,,I know I suck.

As for eating it everyday, I go through periods where I get addicted to a certain food and have it for days/weeks straight until I get sick of it.

Those are my favorite things to eat for lunch. Inside out rolls really helped me learn to like seaweed. Less seaweedy texture, all the flavour. Hannaford does make really good sushi.
