I ues it mostly for drying herbs that I have an abundance of from the summer, dried fruits for trail mix type stuff, and it's the perfect place to let bread rise. I haven't used it as much as I'd like but that's my fault. I love it in the summer for hiking and camping trips and just generally drying things from the garden. I think it's very economical. HTH!
Me too! I like mine though just cause if I'm doing something small I don't feel like I'm wasting space. I'd like to have one of each I have so little room in my kitchen that it's actually upstairs in my office right now (sitting next to me right here). It's a big kitchen but with not enough counter and cupboard space.
