My favourite quick fix need something sweet dessert is a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with vegan butter and demerara sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top so it melts into the buttery topping. Mmmm. Ready in 2 minutes.

I make up a batch of ww pancakes (ridiculously easy), then I mix 1 part cocoa to 2 parts B. sugar, and mix it with enough coconut milk to get a nice thick chocolate sauce. Tastes like chocolate macaroons! I'm now thinking about other ways to use this awesome sauce. And actually, maybe I'll post the pancake recipe in the recipe forum, as it is super quick, super easy, and REALLY good. And there's no oil in the mix, which partially eases my 'satiated at 2 in the morning' conscience.
