Hey folks

I have lots of patty pan on the way (I've never grown them before) ...... and some forum members have told me that they don't freeze well. I'm going to have a big cooking session and freeze them so I can have them as winter foder.

So... what's your favourite recipe? I love curries - do any of you have a great curried squash recipe? Are there any other good ways to cook them?

Thank you

You could stuff them like you would stuffed peppers or stuffed zucchini or any other vegetable you enjoy stuffing.
