Oatmeal is fantastic, I alternate it with breakfast smoothies in the summer most of the time, but I'm always looking for new ways to spice it up. Here are a few of my current favorite ways to eat it-
+ handful of frozen berries and stevia
+ dash of vanilla, stevia, and cinnamon
+ tsp cocoa powder, pinch of instant coffee, stevia
+ few tablespoons of apple sauce and sprinkle of cinnamon
