alright, i just need to know what is a vegan way to make a topping for a ratatouille dish that i need to have before this afternoon. i was thinking maybe home made breadcrumbs, or nutritional yeast, or wheat germ. i really don't know. there are vegetables and pasta and i want to bake it and give it a topping (that is where the nutritional yeast or breadcrumbs come in). thanks in advance.
