I've recently discovered that my picky eater loves green smoothies. Well, at least the ones I make. I use spinach, banana, mandarin oranges, peach and strawberry yogurt. I'm thinking though that I might be able to use this as a way to get some more nutrients in him. So what are your favorite recipes to use and what do you think I could add to make them healthier? And I have to admit, I have no idea what kale looks like so I've never tried buying it, lol.
