One of my favourite chick pea meals:
In a pan, combine chick peas with garlic, spinach, bell pepper, salt, and curry powder (If it's just for you, about 2 tsps of curry powder). Cook until ingredients are cooked/heated through, serve over white rice. Other optional ingredients: onions, pineapple, coconut rice instead of plain rice. If you have a can of coconut milk, you can make coconut rice.
