Hi everyone

I bought some vegan marshmallows last week and Im dyin to cook with them! I want to make something like a chocolate or peanutbutter cereal or something square. (does that make any sense?)

I found this recipe on the kraft website (I know I know.. but I couldnt find marshmallow recipes anywhere!) and just for funsies, I took out the brand names.

Do you think it would work with marshmallows instead of the cream? Are there any other changes to make it taste better and be a bit healthier? And vegan?

Thanks a bunch! Ill post pix when I cook them

Peanut Butter cracker Squares

1 cup Marshmallow Creme

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

36 Crackers, crushed (about 1-2/3 cups crumbs)

PRESS crumb mixture lightly into greased 9-inch square pan; drizzle with chocolate. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
