what would i get out of brewers yeast , it has been surgested to me ........ how would i take it and what health benitifts does it provide? thanks

Are you sure it was brewer's yeast, or was it nutritional yeast?

no its brewers , its suppost to have b vitamins and benifits

I take it in a powdered form in the bulk section of the grocery store. I mix in 2 tbls per day in a small glass of orange juice then drink. Lots of B vitamins and also a good source of iron (per the blood bank).
