I love grilling sandwiches on here... or vegan patties (homemade or not), etc.
It's just so much cleaner than the fry pan... and a whole lot quicker b/c hot is applied firmly to both sides.
And...I love those sear marks on my sandwiches/veggies, etc.
For what I do on the grill, I can't think of a time I've had to set it for longer than 6 minutes on anything I've had to cook.
Okay... maybe once... but I can't remember what it was.
