get some brown rice cookin (takes like 50 minutes)
30 minutes after you started cookin the rice :
Fry up some tofu, sliced in small cubes in vegetable oil.
add green pepper, onion, fresh garlic. after about 10 - 15 minutes, add pasta sauce, continue to fry with pasta sauce for a minute or 2... add the rice to the stir-fry, and add more and more pasta sauce. Salt, pepper, and more garlic.
