I could drink Silk Mocha with a ton of nondairy whipped cream literally by the gallons. And I also love French bread; it's soooooo good after a run, I could eat a whole loaf slathered in jam right now...mm and got to agree with fyvel, Silk Nog is god.

Tim's Cascade Style Jalapeno Chips. Mmmmm...so good, but not so healthy! They even contain MSG! Oh well!

Plus all my homemade vegan desserts. I love baking WAY too much for my own good!

7. Noodles with garlic peanutbutter sauce

8. Vegan Boca burger with saute'd onions and mushrooms on a toasted bun with tomato, mustard, and roasted eggplant

Yeah, I don't know how to spell it either, but it IS awesome stuff!! And the Fat-Free Sorbet is VEGAN so it's a great option when you're in a poorly stocked grocery store (all the grocery stores around here ) that has no Soy Ice 'Cream' options

Me too! I like KNOWING what went into something, so most stuff I make from scratch... makes things fun for when I go to read lables on pepared foods or partially prepared foods, since I'm not terribly used to reading them, yet.

My thing to figure out how to make vegan NOW are brownies from scratch. I made some vegan zucchini bread today and it was good, but had a brownie-like consistancy. Not light and fluffy like my last batch with the same recipe (but using eggs)~ Ah well, tasted good and the brownie-like consistancy made them FEEL like a guilty pleasure.

The vegan homemade chocolate chips call to me from the top of the fridge...

Speaking of chocolate - if you have the cookbook "La Dolce Vegan" most definitely make Wolfie's Pecan Fudge Pie - oh my !

Fettuchini alfredo with brocoli and soy-chicken is my fave comfort guilty pleasure food by far. Ive eaten a lot of different fettuchini alfredo's out at restaurants and none have ever compared to mine (its the sauce, mccormick is the brand I think)

Im not vegan, so I still eat butter and use milk for cooking. Not often though, so thats why its a guilty pleasure comfort food. Yum!
