Yep, I said it then and I'll say it again... I've never felt the need to throw any mayonnaise-like product away because it was too old. I threw some Nayonaise away because it was too disgusting, but that's another story...
cool. i just finally decided to try some. i didn't think i'd like it, but holy crap! i've been dunkin baby carrots in it
also good on cucumber sandwiches which i haven't had in yeeeaaars! fantastic. i don't think there's much risk of this stuff not getting eaten in time regardless
I've had some that has gotten mouldy, but I think that was due to cross contamination. I usually go thru one jar every six months or so and have only had that one problem.
Yea, I have a jar of veganaise in the fridge that i bought back in the fall and is still good. I really love the stuff. Even though I am not vegan. I just do not like mayonaise. It tastes gross to me. But veganaise is awesome.
