once the jar is open. i couldn't find an expiry date or any instructions on how much time you have to use it up once it's open

I'm singin' here to get rid of fear
Hope it disappears right here with the rain
But I know life is pain, not like a fairytale
Meaningless to pray, so just goin' on my way

Yep, I said it then and I'll say it again... I've never felt the need to throw any mayonnaise-like product away because it was too old. I threw some Nayonaise away because it was too disgusting, but that's another story...

I've had some that has gotten mouldy, but I think that was due to cross contamination. I usually go thru one jar every six months or so and have only had that one problem.

yeah, it lasts pretty long. I bought the big jar and it got a little "thin" at the end but still tasted ok. now I just by the small jar and it's fine.

you know, generally stuff last beyond expiration dates. I get out of date soy yogurt free from my HFS and it's still good. same with tofu and seitan.

Yea, I have a jar of veganaise in the fridge that i bought back in the fall and is still good. I really love the stuff. Even though I am not vegan. I just do not like mayonaise. It tastes gross to me. But veganaise is awesome.
