Hi! Listen, the other day I was in my localist health food store (which unfortunately is a while away) and I saw some Rye Flakes.
"MMM! " I said, knowing I had never tried straight Rye Flakes before. So, I got them. The problem is, they were sold by the health food store. They bagged it themselves and everything, so there is no cooking directions and no nutritional facts. So, I have no idea what to do with them.
Well, I was going to make some hot cereal with them tomorrow (preferrably one serving, if you have suggestions) but I have no idea how! Is it just like oats, or what? And how long do they take to cook?
Help would be appreciated!
