I don't know what to do with them other than put them on sandwhiches. What else is there to do with sprouts?

They work well on salad and are a yummy snack to just eat plain

I second what misq17 writes. I also like to dump them in soups after they're heated, and sometimes toss a few into a smoothie.

Alfalfa, clover or brocolli sprouts? Salads, sandwiches, bagels with hummus and sprouts, "wraps" or veggie burritos, fresh rolls/salad rolls/spring rolls, sushi, sometimes I'll add them to scrambled tofu "eggs" right before serving.

Bean sprouts I use in stir frys, soups, curries and salads.

The ones I eat are a mixture of alfalfa, radish, lentil, and some other sprouts. Anyway, they're skinny and not suitable for cooking. I do mainly eat them on sandwiches but when I'm trying to finish them up I make a salad with sprouts, sliced radishes and sliced cucumber. It's pretty good.

Lentils sprout quite readily and are great in salads and soups.

Buckwheat sprouts are cool, too, but need a bit more care. Their roots are fuzzy.

Do you folks buy or sprout your own? I use stacking trays that used to be imported from Dennmark.
