I'm in Maryland and craving crabcakes with summer upon us, so I got out my can of Old Bay seasoning and made a mock crab cake with tofu instead of crab meat, a veg*n mayo, and pan fried them just like the real thing. All in all, not a bad substitute, except I can't read...put in two tbsp. of Old Bay instead of two tsp. A little salty in the end, but good.
