Coffee. Can't live without that.

Rolled oats with chopped craisins, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a bit of walnuts, and a bannana. I cook the oatmeal with the craisins and cinnamon together for about 3 minutes in the microwave. Add the bannana and walnuts later, let it sit for a few minutes, then eat.

I wake up at 4AM, eat this at about 8AM and am full until lunch.

Bran flakes or Cheerios with either Silk Soy milk or skim milk. I will use either of those milks.

Multigrain waffles, 100% whole wheat toast with peanut butter or apple butter. (i'll have either of those grains with my cereal)

fruit, any kind I can find yall. Haha.

Or when I don't eat cereal that morning, I have ww toast with p&j and milk and fruit.

I love breakfast.

Most mornings I have fruit. About an hour later, cereal with almond/rice milk. If I had my choice, I would eat vegan pancakes or corny french toast everyday! But I try to do that once or twice a month since it's probably not the healthiest breakfast since I have to smother them with earth balance spread and some kind of syrup.
