Lots of nuts. They're the easiest thing for me to snack on, so we keep track of having them religiously. Walnuts, pine nuts, raw sunflower seeds...

Lentils (brown and red), canned beans (chick peas, kidneys, black beans, etc.), dried fruit (any dried fruit- I'm not picky!), wheat noodles, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, cereal, flour, wheat flour, millet, brown rice, wild rice, quinoa, crackers, lots of onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, maple syrup, raw honey and regular honey (yes, yes, I know), canned soups (usually Amy's, expensive though they may be, I do love 'em), oats, popcorn, applesauce, nutbutters, pita/corn chips, protein bars, Fruitabu raspberry flats... and quite a few seed moths (we get TONS, because they invade our flour bins and since all of our pets love seed, we get thick clouds of them in the summer. It's unavoidable). That's most of it, anyway.

honey is vegetarian. you should read the ingredients label anyway, incase there is something weird in there. planters brand look alright from their website. i'd expect the ingredients to be pretty much nuts, honey, sugar, and something to stick everything to the nuts.

Read the label. Some roasted/flavored nuts contain gelatin. Don't ask me why.

At the co-op here they sell maple roasted mixed nuts and they are awesome.

ETA.. I was looking at this thinking "I don't remember posting in this thread" -- it's because it was started in 2005 My pantry is different now that I live with the boyfriend person.
