This is one of my favorites:
1 cup plain or vanilla soymilk
2 oz. silken tofu
1 cup juice (I like V8 Splash, but any not-too-tart fruit juice could do)
1 to 2 cups frozen blueberries (any frozen berry would work, but I love blueberries)
Blend all ingredients except the frozen berries, then add the frozen berries a little at a time until you get the consistency that you like. I like mine very thick, so I add a lot of berries. This makes enough for 2 people to each have a big tall glass in the morning - it's very fillling! I've also made it without the juice; I just added more soymilk.
