Is there any candy out there that is safe to eat?
I thought I heard that skittles or starbursts were.

Hey AuroraLily,
I know that PETA has a whole list of veg*an candies. I know that twizzlers are on that list. They companies on the list do contain white sugar but that is only an issue for some veg*ans.
As for Skittles and Starburst you can definately buy the vegan variety on many sites like www.pangea.com
They are vegan in the UK...I don't know about anywhere else. But the ones sold in Canada and the USA have gelatin in them.
