I am going to check out Trader's and Whole Foods but thought I could use some recommendations of vegetarian and/or vegan protein shakes that any of you have tried. I am starting Body For Life tomorrow (yoy!!) and a major part of the program is protein shakes.

Any ideas??

Thx :-)

GeniSoy and Naturade both make vegan protein shakes. I've tried them, and the flavor is pretty decent.

I use Peaceful Planet (Caribbean Cocoa) and it's pretty good mixed with N/F WestSoy vanilla and a frozen banana

It's a little pricey but...most protein supplements are...and...if you use it wisely (like don't *just* depend on it for your protein), then it's worth the money.

Cheers!
