Delicious Vegan Recipes for Super Bowl Sunday Parties

Quote:
If you’re like me, watching the Super Bowl includes a huge party. But I’m the only vegan among my friends and family who sit together and enjoy those famous commercials.

Because I’m the only vegan, it’s important that I showcase some of the best foods veganism has to offer, as I want to impress my non-vegan friends.

Here are some great vegan recipes I’m bringing to my Super Bowl party this year.

Is anyone watching the Super Bowl today? What kind of veg snacks are you having?

Um, Super Bowl? No, but I'm all about the snacking.

Anytime I think I'm perfect, I remember that my cousin lives on an island, and I've never walked over to visit her.

I'd definitely be all over that chickpea sub and spinach/artichoke dip. I might not want to possibly ruin the mushroom "pulled pork" with too much barbecue sauce... I generally use intense spices mostly on bland things that need something to give them interest. Something as savory as mushrooms I try not to mess with too much (although granted, some folks don't like them- and that's fine too!)

I choose not to have a television because it wastes too much of my time, so I listen to radio.
