Post Choosing brewers yeast

Hello. I want to start using brewers yeast food supplement since it has amazing nutritional value. Brewers yeast earned a lot of attention for it’s high complete protein content up to 48%, vitamin B and mineral content. In particular it is interesting in my opinion for it’s high amounts of choline which is cognitive enhancer, as well niacin and other precursors for production of NAD+ - most promising antiaging compound and energizer. But for good effectiveness it's best to take larger doses such as 30 grams, nutritional yeast tablets contain very little of yeast. Although there are different kinds yeasts and I'm not sure which to choose.
There is company selling at lowest cost per kilogram, 25kg bag of brewers yeast which is either fodder grade or nutritional yeast which is almost two times more expensive. Seller told that I shouldn't notice difference and only production quality differs. Anybody tried fodder grade brewers yeast?

If you're talking about the type of Brewer's yeast that comes in the form of powder, then yes, I use it quite a bit. I especially like adding it to the cabbage, potato and squash soups that my wife often likes to make. It is important, however, to remember that Brewer's yeast and Nutritional yeast do not provide you with B-12 unless they are fortified with that vitamin.

Yes, understand that but I have B12 sources. Can you provide link to this brewers yeast powder?

No, I just buy it in bulk at a store in the neighbourhood.
